Carabat AI, a Malaysian technology innovator dedicated to smart living solutions, has officially opened its first experience outlet at Sunway Avila Avenue, Wangsa Maju. The launch was officiated by Yang Teramat Mulia Dato’ Johan Pahlawan Lela Perkasa Sitiawan Dato’ Muhammed bin Hj. Abdullah, who attended as Guest of Honour.

The event marks a significant milestone for the brand, offering visitors the opportunity to experience the full potential of AI-driven home and lifestyle technology.

During the launch, Carabat AI unveiled its hero product — a new line of smart home and kitchen appliances that integrate seamlessly with the company’s proprietary Astana App. The app was developed to address a common frustration in smart living: managing multiple devices across different platforms.

Serving as the central hub of Carabat AI’s ecosystem, the Astana App enables users to automate, monitor, and personalise devices such as air solutions, smart switches, home and kitchen appliances, and security systems — all from one intuitive interface.

“Carabat AI was built with Malaysians in mind, yet designed to global standards,” said Shafiq Jailani, Chief Executive Officer of Carabat AI.

“The Astana App and our smart appliances are more than just products — they form a complete ecosystem that brings smart living to life. Today’s launch allows visitors to see how technology can enhance comfort, convenience, and everyday living.”

The outlet also features interactive zones where visitors can explore Carabat AI’s full range of offerings. Smart wearables such as glasses, rings, and health-tracking devices are showcased alongside the integrated smart home ecosystem, allowing visitors to experience the technology firsthand.

At the press conference, Perakash Nair, Marketing Manager of Carabat AI, said the brand plans to expand to 15 experience outlets across major Malaysian cities within the next year.

“This experience outlet marks the first step in our nationwide rollout strategy. We’re projecting steady growth as consumer adoption of smart home technology continues to rise. Our goal is to make smart living accessible and practical for everyone.”

In addition to the Wangsa Maju outlet, Carabat AI will open three more outlets in Sri Hartamas, Penang, and Kota Bharu on the same day. The company also plans new outlets in Wisma Sabah, Seremban 2, and Subang, scheduled to open in November. These locations reflect Carabat AI’s continued mission to provide Malaysians with hands-on access to innovative, connected living solutions.

Founded with a vision to make smart living accessible, practical, and user-friendly, Carabat AI combines Malaysian-led design with global manufacturing standards. The brand defines itself as a smart living specialist, creating technology that enhances everyday comfort, connectivity, and convenience.

At the Wangsa Maju outlet, customers can also enjoy a “Spin the Wheel” activity, where every purchase above RM100 in a single receipt entitles them to one spin. The activity will be available while stocks last.
