15yo M'sian Teen Killed After Getting Run Over By 2 Motorcycles In Illegal Race On Kesas Highway | WeirdKaya

A 15-year-old teenager lost his life following a horrifying accident which involved a total of three motorcycles, including his own.

According to Sinar Harian and NST, the accident took place at 3.35am at Km21 of the Shah Alam Expressway (Kesas) yesterday (Oct 26).

What viral clip showed

In a clip that has been circulating widely on social media, it began with the victim lying in the middle of the Kesas Highway as a group of motorcyclists made their way towards him.

One of the motorcyclist failed to break in time and as a result, ran over the victim and was sent skidding to the side of the highway.

Barely a second later, another motorcyclist also ran over the victim, with the impact of the crash causing him to backflip along with his motorcycle.

Following the accident, multiple vehicles came to a halt and several members of the public were seen checking on those involved in the crash.

Died on the spot

South Klang district deputy police chief, Superintendent Kamalariffin Aman Shah said the 15-year-old was riding a Honda RS 150R when he reportedly lost control before skidding and falling onto the road.

“After the incident, the victim was thrown onto the right lane before being struck by two motorcycles coming from the same direction.

“As a result of the crash, the victim died at the scene, while the two motorcyclists involved allegedly fled the scene,” he said.

Kamalariffin added that the two motorcyclists have yet to be identified and are believed to have been racing at the time.

Police are urging all individuals involved and witnesses to come forward to assist in the investigation under Section 41(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 for causing death by reckless driving.

Kamalariffin also called upon parents to always monitor their children’s activities, be aware of their whereabouts, and ensure they do not become exposed to negative social influences.
