Weihai has introduced two new regulatory documents: the “Weihai Guidelines for Enterprise Name Registration Management” and the “Weihai Implementation Rules for Enterprise Name Dispute Resolution.” These measures mark a significant step in standardizing business name administration and establishing an efficient dispute resolution mechanism.
