Went missing after lion dance practiceIn a press release, Kajang District Police Chief ACP Naazron Abdul Yusof stated that was reported missing after attending a lion dance practice session in Batu 11, Cheras, at 10:30 PM last Thursday (19 Dec).
He said they received a report about Yap Xin Yuan’s disappearance from her family at 2:15 AM on Friday.
“Xin Yuan was reported to have gone for lion dance practice. After the session ended, she did not return home directly but instead followed a friend to an unknown destination,” he said when contacted.
He added that Xin Yuan is approximately 155 cm tall, weighs 39 kg, has a slim build, wears braces, has long hair, and was last seen wearing a red lion dance costume.
