Woman Hauls Large Cardboard Box On S'pore-KL Flight, Gets Kicked Out As She Refused To Give It Up | WeirdKaya

A woman was ejected from a Singapore-KL flight on Wednesday (Sept 30) after she refused to hand over a large cardboard box she had carried on the flight.

One of the passengers, known as Ke, told Shin Min Daily News that the Batik Airlines flight was scheduled to take off at 12.30pm.

However, takeoff was delayed and Ke saw the woman holding a huge cardboard box while sitting near the aisle.

In fact, the box was so huge that it couldn’t fit into the overhead luggage rack as it was as big as the woman’s carry-on luggage.

For 45 minutes, flight attendants did their best to convince the woman to hand the box over for safekeeping and assure it would be given back upon landing, with one even telling her “I promise you” repeatedly.

However, their efforts were in vain as the woman chose to dig her heels in.

Eventually, a male flight attendant took the box away and left, but the woman refused to leave the plane along with him.

In the end, five police officers turned up to implore the woman to cooperate before removing her from the flight after she refused to budge.
