The Aspen Group (TAG) Expands Dental Care Access for Veterans in the Next Phase of its Five-Year, $100 Million Commitment

Aspen Dental announces free Aspen Dental Savings Plan enrollment in November and expanded benefits for VFW members

CHICAGO, Oct. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Aspen Group (TAG) today announced new initiatives designed to make dental care more accessible and affordable for veterans, building on its five-year, $100 million commitment to expand access to care for underserved patients.

As part of this commitment, Aspen Dental is offering veterans free enrollment in the Aspen Dental Savings Plan during the month of November and expanding benefits through its relationship with the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). Together, these efforts build on Aspen Dental's longstanding service to veterans and create more ways to access care throughout the year.

Free Aspen Dental Savings Plan enrollment in November

Throughout November, veterans can enroll in the Aspen Dental Savings Plan at no cost for the first year, with the standard $49 annual enrollment fee waived. Subsequent annual renewals are available at $29 after the first year. This offer coincides with Aspen Dental's Day of Service on Nov. 7 and reflects TAG's ongoing work to break down the barriers that often prevent veterans from receiving the care they need.

Members may save more than 25 percent on select dental services on average and receive free exams and X-rays, subject to plan terms and conditions. The plan has no waiting periods, annual maximums, or exclusions based on age or preexisting conditions.

Expanded benefits through the VFW

As the VFW's official dental provider, Aspen Dental offers VFW members and their eligible family members access to the Aspen Dental Savings Plan at a discounted annual rate of $29.

That group also received early access to the free enrollment offer ahead of its November availability to all veterans, as well as advance scheduling access for Aspen Dental's annual Day of Service on November 7.

On Aspen Dental's annual Day of Service on Nov. 7, more than 550 offices will provide free dental care to veterans nationwide. ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers will participate for the first time, pledging up to $1 million in full-arch treatment for referred veterans.

TAG marked the announcement at its Chicago headquarters, where team members joined VFW leaders to assemble hygiene kits for veterans receiving care on Day of Service.

Since 2014, Aspen Dental's Day of Service has served more than 30,000 veterans and delivered over $28 million in donated dentistry.
