A woman in Guangdong, China caused a “bloody” incident when her used sanitary pad hit a passerby after she allegedly disposed of it inappropriately.

The woman, Dong has been known to care little about personal hygiene. Her husband Cheng, however, had reminded her multiple times about the importance of cleanliness but nothing seemed to change. When Dong is on her menstrual cycle, the home would be a bigger mess as she wouldn’t be in the mood for house chores.

One day, Dong was taking her shower when she heard a loud smash outside. Someone was throwing rocks at her window and broke it.

It was Mr. Li, a passerby whom Dong’s used sanitary pad had fallen on and was greatly upset by it. Cheng tried to calm him down, but the argument escalated. Li continued to vent his anger and came up with harsh accusations against Cheng.

Li went home and grabbed a knife, but Cheng thought the blade was “just for show”

Cheng’s misjudgment, unfortunately, led to him being stabbed multiple times. By the time his wife arrived at the scene, Li had already fled. Dong called the police and her husband was brought to the hospital.

According to Kwong Wah, Dong claimed that she did not throw her used sanitary pad outside, but merely placed it on the windowsill before it was blown away by the wind.

Regardless, it’s best to dispose of your personal items appropriately to avoid unwanted issues.
