Cho Yeo Jeong Is A Fierce Zombie Hunter And Jo Jung Suk’s First Love In “My Daughter Is A Zombie”

Upcoming film “My Daughter Is a Zombie” has shared a new sneak peek of Cho Yeo Jeong’s character!

Based on the webtoon of the same name, “My Daughter Is a Zombie” is a heartfelt comedy about a devoted father who goes to extreme lengths to protect his daughter, who is the last surviving zombie on Earth. Jo Jung Suk will star as Jung Hwan, the doting father who secretly attempts to train his zombie daughter.

Cho Yeo Jeong will star as the fierce government-certified zombie hunter Yeon Hwa, who also happens to be Jung Hwan’s first love. A newly hired teacher at Eunbong Middle School, the beautiful but tough Yeon Hwa has a black belt in kendo and exudes a dangerous aura.

Yeon Hwa’s hostility towards zombies is so strong that she even killed her own fiancé when he transformed into one. An eager hunter who is constantly on the lookout for more zombies to catch and kill, Yeon Hwa makes the poor Jung Hwan anxious about the safety of his daughter.

Describing himself as a longtime fan of Cho Yeo Jeong, director Pil Gam Seong remarked, “Cho Yeo Jeong is an actress who has many different drawers. She is the only actress who can convey Yeon Hwa’s multifaceted nature in a lovable way that naturally blends in with the comedy genre.”
