Need an excuse to bring your furkids out for a family day out? Well, you’re in luck! The Floral and Furry Friends Market is just around the corner, happening from this weekend (and next!) at twentyfive7, south of Kota Kemuning! This pet-friendly market will be a spectacle of all things floral and fluffy, featuring over 60 local artisans, pet brands, and food vendors. Also on the schedule are a slew of activities and workshops for the entire family, including pet-friendly floral photo spots, pet MBTI personality workshop, butterfly colouring workshops, flower windmill workshops, a pet adoption drive, dog-friendly games, and more!

2. GET JITTERY WITH YOUR CUP OF JOE AT ‘PESTA KOPI’ KUALA LUMPUR 2025

When: 8 to 10 August 2025 | 10am to 10pm

Where: Semua House, Kuala Lumpur

For a weekend-long celebration of all things—you guessed it—coffee, Pesta Kopi is your calling! Not only will you be sipping on what seems like an endless amount of coffee, but you’ll also get to rub shoulders with some of the best baristas and most avid caffeine fans. Its lineup of vendors and brands looks stronger than your morning cuppa, so make sure to bring your reusable bags for some coffee retail therapy!

3. PUT SOME PEP IN YOUR STEP AT NEW BALANCE’S ‘RUN YOUR WAY’ POP-UP 2025 

When: 7 to 17 August 2025 | 1pm to 10pm (weekdays) | 7am to 7pm (weekends)

Where: Heritage Valley, KL

If you’re knee deep in the running life, you’re not going to want to miss New Balance’s ‘Run Your Way’ pop-up. Whether you’re keen to get some miles in or just want to mingle with fellow runners, this event is dedicated to all things related to the sport. On the agenda, you’ll find community runs, panel discussions, photo ops, and more. Plus, those looking for a new pair of shoes will be able to browse and shop the brand new new FuelCell SC Elite v5.

4. GET READY FOR THE NEW PREMIER LEAGUE SEASON AT THE ADIDAS X LIVERPOOL FC POP-UP

When: From now until 10 August 2025 

Where: Pavilion KL

If you’re a fan of the reigning Premier League champions Liverpool FC, this is your chance to get up close and personal with the brand new kit, marking the comeback of their iconic partnership with Adidas. Fans will get to marvel at The Champions Wall, detailing all of the club’s milestones and victories and also pen a letter to the players that will be mailed directly to Anfield.

5. LOAD UP ON YOUR CARBS AND CAFFEINE AT ‘ARTISANAL PASTRIES & FOODIES X COFFEE WEEK’

Where: Publika Shopping Gallery

Calling all carb and coffee connoisseurs! Publika is the place to be this weekend with its ‘Artisanal Pastries & Foodies x Coffee Week’ market. Things are going to get real buttery and bold as its lineup features some of the best bakers and brewers in the area. While you’ll get a taste of your go-to croissants, bagels, and more, we’re sure you’ll discover some new favourites too!

6.  KICK BACK WITH SOME RETAIL THERAPY AT ‘LEPAKLAH’ FLEA MARKET

When: 9 & 10 August 2025 | 12pm to 10pm

Where: Lepaklah Event Space (Level 4, above Mythos KL)

The ‘Lepaklah’ flea market is returning and it’s bringing with it all things Y2K! Expect nothing but retro realness in its vendor lineup, which includes the likes of Baogato, Obitothrift, and Wash Tag. There will also be a slew of artists in the lineup, showcasing their work and crafts. Names you might recognise include Butterpokes, The Bouncy Jelly, and Slay House. Whether you’re keen on making some purchases or are looking to get some new tattoos, we’re sure you’ll walk out feeling fulfilled!

7. GET TO KNOW EMERGING LOCAL ARTISTS AND THEIR WORK AT ‘MOMENTS 3.0: WONDERFUL LIFE’

When: 8 to 18 August 2025 | 11am to 8pm

Where: AweGallery

Price: Free entry

AweGallery’s annual ‘Moments’ exhibition is making a comeback with ‘Moments 3.0: Wonderful Life’, happening from 8 to 18 August 2025. Acting as a platform for up and coming local artists, the exhibition is a space for them to share their stories and work while also connecting with art enthusiasts. The featured artists are Brian Tai, Francis Lee, Lee Wee Xian, and newcomers Eve Yap, Ong Jian Yang, and Serene Chong, who will all be presenting their interpretations of the theme, Wonderful Life. “This year, we [are focusing on] life’s quieter, more intimate moments—the simple joys, small victories, and fleeting memories that define our sense of meaning,” shares curator and organiser Dora Ong.
