M'sian Dad And His Sons Allegedly Sexually Assault Daughters, Aged 12 & 16, At Kelantan Home | WeirdKaya

A man and his two sons were charged in the Sessions Court today for allegedly sexually assaulting two of of his daughters.

The trio, who are aged 65, 33, and 24, were charged separately before Judge Zulkifli Abllah, reported NST.

The father faces two charges, while the sons each face one charge.

Committed offense at home

According to the charge sheet,  the father allegedly subjected his two daughters, aged 12 and 16, to sexual assault in the living room of a house in Pasir Puteh, Kelantan between 2pm and 3pm in July.

As for his two sons, they were accused of committing the same offense towards their 16-year-old sister at the same location in the middle of 2024 and on Sept 19 between 12.15am and 12.30am.

All of them were charged under under Section 14 of Act 792, which provides an imprisonment of up to 20 years and caning. They all pleaded not guilty.

No bail was offered by Deputy public prosecutor Siti Hajar Mazlan as the case is non-bailable.

The court then set Nov 5 as the date for next case mention.
