We wanted a getaway in the city and naturally chose Hilton Kuala Lumpur, a flagship urban resort offering award-winning dining, stylish rooms and sweeping city views in a prime location. Ahead, discover what you can expect if you decide to stay and dine at a Hilton Hotel before the month ends.

Checking in to Hilton Kuala Lumpur was a breeze after a welcome drink at The Lounge. Our room was the King Executive, which is a lofty 409 square feet and comes with scenic city vistas of KL (an especially idyllic view to wake up to in the morning).

By the huge window flanked with natural sunlight, we were also greeted with a plate of sweet surprises—little morsels of unique chocolate flavours to welcome our stay on a delightful note.

The spacious room also comes with a 50-inch flat screen TV, an elegant bathroom adorned with a marble finish, a rejuvenating rain shower, a wide bathtub, and a backlit vanity mirror. Not to mention, plenty of charging points, a chaise lounge, and a desk if you really need to answer some emails in between your leisure.

During the Stay & Dine period, guests can look forward to relaxing in style whilst enjoying a culinary journey across the hotel’s signature restaurants. At Hilton Kuala Lumpur, there are nine award-winning dining outlets to indulge in. From fresh, bountiful seafood to premium steaks and classic dim sum, there’s something to suit every palate.

Our restaurant of choice tonight was Graze, a cosy and intimate restaurant serving contemporary Italian cuisine and wine pairings. Helmed by Chef Nicola Affatati, Chef de Cuisine at Graze, we were treated to a delectable five-course dinner featuring handmade pasta and seasonal produce. Each dish was paired with Felsina wine, a winery from Italy, specifically the Tuscan region, established in 1966. 

Some standout dishes include the Crostino Con Stracciatella Burrata, a morsel of stracciatella of burrata crostini with anchovies and candied lemon peel; Ravioli Di Brasato, braised beef ribs ravioli in a rich truffle parmesan bechamel sauce; and Tagliata Di Manzo, beef tagliata with salt-baked potato and minted artichokes.

Overall, our short but sweet stay at Hilton Kuala Lumpur was the perfect blend of leisure, relaxation, and indulgence. Every Hilton Hotel across Malaysia has different offerings during this Stay & Dine period, so there’s something for everyone of all ages.
