Here are six exciting Apple product launches to look forward to in 2026

Apple’s had a remarkable 2025, with the introduction of Liquid Glass, the iPhone Air, radical new iPhone 17 Pros, andlarge leaps in Apple Silicon. There weren’t a lot of surprising product launches per se, but everything felt pretty new. Heading into 2026 though, Apple has a lot of innovative new products coming to market – across every category.
New Studio DisplayThis one is likely the most minor mention on the list, but given Apple’s track record, it’s a bigger deal than most would think.
Apple doesn’t make many displays. They launched the Pro Display XDR in 2019, and the Studio Display in 2022. That’s it for recent history.
However, Apple is widely anticipated to debut a new Mac external display (or two) early next year. We don’t know many details, other than the fact that they’ll come in 27-inch display options, and will likely equip miniLED panels. It should also offer an A19 Pro chip, up from the A13 Bionic in the current Studio Display.
Apple home hubThis product has been rumored for quite a long time. For the most part, it’s been sitting on the backburner because the product relies on Apple Intelligence Siri being a thing, and well, it isn’t.
In short, Apple is working on a bit of a bit of a ‘HomePad’ of sorts. It’ll offer a 7-inch display with an all new OS known as homeOS. It’ll give you granular controls over your smart home, and be an excellent smart assistant. Plus, it’ll equip the A18 chip. Think Google Nest Hub or Amazon Echo Show, but Apple.
Assuming Apple figures out their AI Siri woes sometime next year, this product should also debut in 2026.
MacBook Pro redesignFor the first time since 2021, Apple is reportedly redesigningthe MacBook Pro once again.
With the new 2026 MacBook Pro, Apple is prioritizing a thinner design – as well as introducing OLED to the MacBook line to the first time. Other rumors also indicate that we’ll see a touchscreen, as well as potential support for 5G cellular.
If everything pans out, 2026 could be a huge year for the MacBook Pro. This’ll also ship with the M6 family of chips, likely Apple’s first 2nm processor.
First foldable iPhoneFollowing the iPhone Air, Apple has another major iPhone innovation planned just 12 months later – with the introduction of iPhone Fold.
This device is rumored to be more of a tablet-style foldable, rather than a clamshell. It’ll have a 7.8-inch inner display and a 5.5-inch outer display, placing it on the smaller end of foldable devices. Apple is also reportedly very focused on making sure the device doesn’t have a crease.
Additionally, this device will likely utilize Touch ID instead of Face ID, and be made from a titanium frame.
Cheaper MacBookNext, Apple is expected to introduce a brand new entry-level MacBook. It’ll sit below theMacBook Airin the lineup, equipping an A18 Pro chip and a 13-inch display. Reportedly, Apple is going to have some fun colors on this MacBook model, and it’ll potentiallystart at $699. It’s unclear what Appleplans on cutting to achieve this price.
When it launches sometime next year, it’ll be Apple’s first MacBook to use an A-series chipset.
OLED iPad miniFor the first time since 2021, Apple is going to redesign the iPad mini. It’ll also upgrade the display technology of the iPad mini, bringing OLED to the product. OLED first debuted on the iPad Pro last year, and the iPad mini is rumored to be the second iPad to feature the display technology.
This OLED iPad mini will also feature a more water resistant design and an A19 Pro chip, per reports.
