Malaysian woman shocked at the tiny portion when ordering a drink without ice

In the video, @ariymadri showed the takeaway drink she bought from an eatery at a mall in Ampang.

However, the takeaway drink was rather notable for how little the portion of the drink was compared to the size of the plastic container, as it looked to be filling less than a quarter of the container.

@ariymadri then turned the container upside down to show that it was sealed and to further show how little the portion of the drink was.

In the caption, she revealed that she had ordered the drink without ice, but was shocked at how little the portion is due to the order request.

@ariymadri wrote,

“This is my first time ordering food and a drink without ice, and I got it like this ????. I politely asked the staff, and the answer I got was disappointing ????.

“The staff said, ‘Haa! It’s like that. You didn’t want ice right’ ????????????”

Malaysians share their two cents on the tiny drink portion

In the comments section, Malaysians share their reactions to the tiny drink portion when ordered without ice.

A couple of commenters who claimed to be ex-staff of said eatery revealed that the drink portion is indeed like what was shown in the video, as the eatery uses machines with a pre-set for each drink.

Meanwhile, another commenter said that @ariymadri should’ve ordered a hot drink instead of a cold drink without ice.

Besides that, one netizen said that the staff should’ve added some plain water into the drink to make the portion more acceptable.
