This Mother’s Day, guests are invited to honour Mum with an elegant afternoon of refined indulgence at Gordon Ramsay Bar & Grill, where a beautifully curated Afternoon Tea experience sets the stage for a heartfelt celebration of love and appreciation.

Elevating the experience, each mother will be welcomed with a complimentary glass of prosecco or sparkling tea, while a charming floral workshop invites guests to create their own bespoke arrangements as a meaningful keepsake of the afternoon. The experience is beautifully brought to life with a floral-decorated tea trolley and tiered presentation stand, adding an elegant seasonal flourish to every table.

Guests will enjoy a selection of exquisite savoury bites crafted with finesse, including Asparagus Croustade with black truffle and Caixin, delicate Otoro Tuna paired with Oscietra prestige caviar and citrus dressing, as well as a comforting Scotch Quail Egg with wild garlic and potato. A refined selection of finger sandwiches follows, featuring Smoked Salmon with cream cheese and chive, alongside Roast Beef Sirloin with horseradish and black pepper, each crafted to balance richness with elegance.

No afternoon tea is complete without the traditional ritual of freshly baked scones, and guests can look forward to Earl Grey and Vanilla Orange Scones served warm, accompanied by strawberry preserves and Devon clotted cream for a classic touch of indulgence.

To end on a sweet note, a thoughtfully composed selection of desserts awaits, beginning with a Chestnut Tart layered with blackcurrant and cassis, followed by a Tropical Mango Cannoli with a mango & lime ganache and white chocolate. Guests may also indulge in a light Raspberry Pavlova with lemon cream and lemon balm, a Strawberry Choux infused with basil diplomat cream, a delicate Rose Macaron with white chocolate and a nostalgic Pineapple Tart finished with vanilla crème chantilly.
