Amazfit launches Cheetah 2 Pro in Malaysia for RM2099
1 day ago
The Amazfit Cheetah 2 Pro introduces what the company describes as a philosophy of refined performance and structural lightness, focusing on reducing unnecessary bulk while maintaining durability and precision. Built with a Grade 5 titanium bottom case and middle frame, alongside scratch-resistant sapphire glass, the smartwatch is engineered to remain lightweight and comfortable during long-distance training and race-day conditions.
A 1.32-inch AMOLED display ensures visibility across different lighting conditions, whether during early morning runs or night training sessions. According to Amazfit, the design is intended to feel fast and unobtrusive throughout extended training cycles.

At the core of the Cheetah 2 Pro is its hybrid training philosophy, combining structured endurance training with recovery and strength-supportive insights. The smartwatch supports aerobic base training, threshold sessions, and strength-focused workouts aimed at improving long-term durability for runners building up mileage.
Through Zepp Coach, users receive personalised training plans tailored for distances ranging from 3K races all the way to full marathons, with plans adapting dynamically based on performance and training progress. The watch also integrates with third-party fitness platforms including TrainingPeaks, Runna, Strava, and Intervals.icu for users who prefer deeper performance analysis.
The smartwatch provides advanced running metrics such as pacing, lactate threshold, running power, gait analysis, and finish time predictions, helping runners make more informed training decisions. Recovery metrics including heart rate variability (HRV), sleep quality, fatigue levels, VO₂ max, and overall training status are also available through the Zepp app, giving users a more complete understanding of how their body is responding to training load.

GPS performance has also been upgraded, with the Cheetah 2 Pro featuring dual-band GPS and multi-satellite positioning support for more accurate pace tracking and route navigation, particularly in dense urban environments or complex race routes.
Battery life remains one of the key highlights, with Amazfit claiming up to 31 hours of GPS usage, making the watch suitable even for extended endurance events and marathon cutoff times. For standard daily use, the device can last up to 20 days on a single charge. The inclusion of a built-in dual-mode flashlight also adds practicality for runners training during early mornings or late evenings.
The Amazfit Cheetah 2 Pro will be available for pre-order starting 11 May 2026 for RM2099, with official sales beginning on 14 May 2026. The smartwatch will be sold through Amazfit’s official website as well as authorised platforms including , Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
Customers who pre-order the smartwatch will receive an Amazfit T-shirt and a hair dryer while stocks last.
