Netflix’s Sing Geetham Cast And Character Guide

Director Singeetham Srinivasa Rao’s “Sing Geetham” follows the story of a former convict who falls in the trap of greed once he discovers his father’s mining property in a distant village. With time, he slowly realizes the true value of agriculture over rapid industrialization and teams up with fellow villagers to wage a war against capitalism. Rahul Ravindran as Uday Mannem

Rahul Ravindran plays industrialist Uday Mannem, who discovers acres of agricultural land and digs up a mine with the help of his business partner. Although his wife feels betrayed at this project after he digs through fertile land, he does not care much and continues mining and years after his death, his business mate usurps his property. Ravindran has acted in several movies like “The Girlfriend,” “Jigra,” “They Call Him OG,” “Shyam Singha Roy,” “Sitaramam,” “The Great Indian Kitchen,” and “Most Eligible Bachelor.”

Ayaan as Prathap Mannem

“Sing Geetham” marks Ayaan’s debut in the film industry. He plays Prathap, who is Uday’s son and an ex-convict. After he comes to know about the property he had inherited from a lawyer, Prathap successfully reclaims it. Although Prathap also aspires to be a successful businessman, he is not money hungry like the mining industrialists. When he meets a villager, Prathap starts realizing  their struggle and joins hands with them to ward off the capitalists from the area. 

Ahilya Bamroo as Gauri

Ahilya Bamroo plays Gauri who is an inhabitant in the village where Prathap arrives to claim his father’s mining property. She lives in a tree house, which is coincidentally the last one standing in her village after years of deforestation. When Prathap makes a deal with the family of his father’s business partner, he unknowingly suggests removing Gauri’s tree house, which results in a fallout between them. Till now, Ahilya Bamroo has acted in films like “I Want To Talk,” and “Pearls On Swine.”

Banerjee as Brahmayya 

The mononymous actor Banerjee has acted in films such as “Rangasthalam,” “Bharath Ane Nenu,” “Game Changer,” “Procession Of Memories,” “Coffee With A Killer,” and “Her: Chapter One.” He has also acted in the 2026 television series “Kottayya.” In “Sing Geetham,” Banerjee plays Brahmayya, who was Uday’s business partner throughout the years and was there when the latter discovered the mine. Following a freak accident, Brahmayya is unable to use one side of his body and even though he can barely talk, his capitalist greed remains unchanged. Since he is disabled, Brahmayya now lets his daughter handle the business deals but is not at all satisfied with her strategies.

Shalini Kondepudi as Renu

Shalini Kondepudi plays Renu, who is Brahmayya’s daughter and has enjoyed Uday’s properties until Prathap arrives at her office. Since Renu wants to flee abroad, she wants to sell the mine to a foreigner but she cannot do it unless there’s gold underneath. As days go by, Renu grows more impatient and forces her underpaid workers to dig further. Shalini Kondepudi has acted in several movies such as “Subham,” “#LifeStories,” “Jayamma Panchayathi,” “My Dear Donga,” “Choosi Chudangane,” and “Alludu Garu.”

Agu Stanley Chiedoze as Mr. Swahili

Agu Stanley Chiedoze rose up to fame after his cameo in the 2025 film, “Bandar.” In “Sing Geetham,” Agu Stanley Chiedoze plays Mr. Swahili, an African businessman whose main idea is to buy golden ores from Renu. He only cares about his business profits and has come to India because the labor is cheap here. Mr. Swahili is so desperate that he does not care to threaten Renu to get the work done faster. He is not aware of Renu’s real plan of fleeing abroad with all the cash she will get from the whole operation.

Yogi Khathri As Shankariah

Yogi Khathri plays Gauri’s father Shankariah, who gets bribed by Renu. He loves Gauri but he must follow Brahmayya’s orders if he and his team of miners want to earn. It breaks Shankariah’s heart to turn a deaf ear to Gauri’s desperate pleas but he is forced to comply with Renu in cutting down the only tree in their village. Yogi Khathri has acted in several movies like “Maa Oori Polimera,” “Double Barrel,” “Masthu Shades Unnai Ra,” “HIT: The 2nd Case,” “Game On,” and “Simbaa.” He has also acted in TV shows like “Kobali” and “Arabia Kadalli.”

Miscellaneous Cast 

Other than the main cast, Rachha Ravi plays Bairagi, the village barber who engages in frequent gossiping. Nivetha Pethuraj plays Shailaja, Uday’s wife who felt betrayed at his decision of mining. Gaddam Naveen plays Basava and Tulasii plays Basavamma. Anudeep KV plays Subba Rao and Vamshi Kosgi plays Dasu. Lakshmi Vennela plays Geeta, Sasidhar Kocharlakota plays Seshu and Macha Sri Muktha plays Sumati. Srinivas Arumilli plays Srinu and Kommu Arjun Antharam plays Satti, who are both underpaid workers. Vijay Devarakonda makes a cameo at the end as a business mogul who wants to unearth gold from the mines of Gauri’s village.
