Art Of Speed (AOS), Malaysia’s biggest celebration of custom culture, is set to return for its 15th edition on 1 and 2 August at the Malaysia Agro Exposition Park Serdang (MAEPS).
Known for blending custom cars and motorcycles with art, fashion, toys and live music, this year’s festival promises to be one of its biggest yet. Visitors can expect more than just incredible automotive builds, as the event will also welcome internationally renowned personalities, exclusive showcase motorcycles, one of the country’s biggest music festival lineups and a dedicated gathering for Hot Wheels collectors.
International custom culture icons are coming to MalaysiaThis year’s edition will see several influential names from the global custom culture scene making an appearance at Art Of Speed.
Among them is Scott Walker, the Global Marketing Director of the iconic DiCE Magazine, whose publication has become one of the world’s most respected voices in custom motorcycle culture.
Joining him is Ronald Wong, Lead Product Designer for the Hot Wheels Premium line at Mattel. Collectors and die-cast enthusiasts will have the opportunity to meet the designer behind some of Hot Wheels’ most sought-after premium releases and gain insights into the creative process behind the brand.
A legendary Harley-Davidson takes centre stageMotorcycle fans will also get to see a special custom build flown in from Japan.
Making its Malaysian debut is a beautifully crafted 1966 Harley-Davidson Shovelhead built by renowned Japanese custom workshop Vise Clothing.
The motorcycle is expected to be one of the event’s standout attractions, showcasing the craftsmanship and distinctive style that has made Japan’s custom bike scene famous around the world.
SoundCircus Festival returns with its biggest lineup yetOne of the festival’s biggest attractions this year is the return of the SoundCircus Festival, which is making a comeback with its largest edition to date.
Running across six stages, the festival will feature more than 60 acts from Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and Japan, with performances taking place throughout the weekend.
