M’sian Wife Tells Female Loan Consultant Not To Text Husband Again After Loan Is Credited | WeirdKaya
A simple work related follow up took an unexpected turn for a Malaysian loan consultant after she was accused of being interested in a client’s husband.

The woman, who describes herself on Threads as a personal loan consultant, shared a screenshot of the WhatsApp exchange and asked:

“Ehhhhhh, what did I do wrong?????”

Her post has since gained more than 160,000 views.

She only wanted to check if the loan money had arrived

According to the screenshot, the consultant had sent a short message asking whether the loan money had already been credited.

“Hi, salam ???? May I know if the loan money has been credited?” she wrote.

The person replying confirmed that the money had arrived.

However, instead of ending the conversation there, she added that the consultant did not need to contact them again if her husband had not personally provided any feedback.

She then took things a step further by questioning the consultant’s intentions.

“Are you eyeing my husband after seeing his salary?”

The unexpected response left the consultant confused, prompting her to share the exchange online.

Netizens wondered what the husband’s salary had to do with it

The exchange quickly caught the attention of netizens, with many equally puzzled over how a routine loan follow up became an accusation involving the husband.

One commenter jokingly asked whether the consultant could cancel the man’s loan after receiving such a reply.

“Can you cancel her husband’s loan if she’s going to act like this? ????”

The consultant replied that it could still be cancelled if it had not been signed, before joking about why the wife might have reacted that way.

“If it hasn’t been signed yet, it can still be cancelled. Maybe now that the loan money has come in, she’s scared her husband might cheat. ????”

Another commenter questioned the wife’s remark about her husband’s income.

“The thing is, even if her husband earns a lot, he’s still taking out a loan from you. So what is there to be attracted to? Keep your husband, sis.”

Someone else suggested an even more direct comeback.

“Reply to her, sis: ‘If his salary was really that high, your husband wouldn’t need to take out a loan. I don’t want him either.’”

Another simply asked:

“If his salary is so high, why is he taking out a loan? ????”
