iPhone 18 Pro pre-orders: Here's what still arrives on launch day

Apple’s new iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max lineup went up for pre-order today, ahead of the September 18 launch day.

As of Saturday evening, shipping estimates for some configurations have slipped to October — especially for the iPhone 18 Pro Max.

Below are the latest shipping estimates for the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max. This applies to estimated delivery dates and does not factor in store pickup opportunities, as those can vary wildly from one market to the next.

As you can see, the iPhone 18 Pro is widely available in nearly all configurations for launch day delivery. The iPhone 18 Pro Max, however, is far more constrained.

For all iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro Max colors, the 2TB configuration is still available for day-one delivery. So, if you’re willing to spend, it’s not too late to get the exact color and screen size phone you want.

It’s important to remember that this year’s iPhone launch is different than other recent years, with the iPhone Duo looming. Apple’s first foldable iPhone won’t be available for pre-order until October 16, with a release date set for October 23. Some iPhone buyers are likely waiting for that before placing an order.
