Netflix’s Go Team! Cast And Character Guide

Working as a team can be quite an experience for many but it does not always guarantee a good time. Directed by Diego Nunez Irigoyen, “Go Team!,” tells the story of a group of office workers trying their best to revive their cheese company amidst all difficulties. This article provides you a look at all the actors in the film and the characters they have portrayed. 

Alexandra Jimenez as Olga

Alexandra Jimenez’s filmography includes movies such as “The Stepmother’s Bond,” “The Mortimers,” “53 Sundays,” “Stories Not To Be Told,” and “Vasil.” She has also been in a couple of television series like “Scandal: Story of an Obsession,” “El Continental,” “Hospital Valle Norte,” “The Ministry Of Time,” and “The Innocent.” In “Go Team!,” Alexandra plays Olga who had to take a mandatory maternity leave for six months, which disconnected her from her colleagues. When Olga finally comes back to the company, she discovers that her absence did not take much of a toll on the workplace. When her boss, Pepa, lets Olga know about the special team building exercise, she desperately tries to tap out but ultimately fails to do so.

Maribel Verdu as Pepa

Maribel Verdu has been in films like “The Flash,” “Pan’s Labyrinth,” “The Year Of Fury,” “Raymond & Ray,” and “Stories Not To Be Told.” She has also acted in TV series like “The House of the Spirits,” “When No One Sees Us,” “You Cannot Hide,” “Now and Then,” “Elite.” Maribel plays Pepa, who runs the cheese company and does not care much about the emotional wellbeing of her employees. She is extremely cold hearted and enforces an extreme team building activity by pairing up with her Human Resource department. Although Pepa knows that Olga has just been a mother, she is not ready to pay much heed to her limited abilities and needs as she prioritizes the company’s growth over anything. 

Saturnino Garcia as Padilla

Padilla, who was brought in as a temporary replacement for Olga but he assumed that it was a full time role, is played by Saturnino Garcia. Apart from his contributions in the company, Padilla gained recognition after closing a significant deal with a company but it was actually worked on by Olga. Padilla happens to overshare and lets his colleagues know about his plan of retiring, which includes watching the sunset with his wife in an RV. Garcia’s resume has films like “Up Among the Stars,” “Vampus Horror Tales,” “Onyx: Kings of the Grail,” “The Sale Of Paradise,” and “Road Spain.” He acted in TV shows such as “The New Years,” “The Gypsy Bride,” “30 Coins,” “Elite,” and “Brigada Central.”

Pedro Casablanc as Domingo

Pedro Casablanc portrays the character of Domingo, who does not mind using a few slang words at his workplace because he happens to be a conservative old man. He despises the concept of wokeness and gets all fired up when HR team member Laura tries to correct him. Domingo admires Padilla’s retirement plan and someday, he dreams to have an RV too, which forces him to look through the catalog while being on the way. Pedro’s resume includes films like “A Widow’s Game,” “Jokes & Cigarettes,” “My Sole Desire,” “You Keep The Kids,” and “Operation Mincemeat.” He has also acted in TV series such as “Heirs to the Land,” “Toy Boy,” “Drops Of God,” “Thoroughbred,” and “That Night.”

Raul Tejas as Marco

Raul Tejas’s list of Television series include “The Girl in the Mirror,” “Alpha Males,” “Locked Up,” “Love in Difficult Times,” and “Hospital Central.” He has also been a part of numerous movies like “Who Wants To Marry an Astronaut?,” “Rawan 16/07,” “Legionario,” “His Master’s Voice,” and “Boreal.” Tejas plays Marco, who happens to be the designer of the company who always stays confused about how irrelevant the logo looks in terms of what they sell. Apart from a few colleagues, Marco does not get much support from anyone which is why he is a good friend of Olga. However, he is not ready to accept that it was Olga who spent months perfecting a deal and Padilla just took the credit by swooping in at the last moment. 

Teresa Urroz as Angelines

Teressa Urroz plays Angelines, who lives in a complete denial about her age; she still considers herself a young woman and often ends up behaving in such a way. Although some of her colleagues do not like her at all, Angelines does not pay much heed to their thoughts or opinions. Teresa has been a part of multiple films like “Through My Window: Looking at You,” “Atlas of Human Geography,” “Transeuntes,” and “Mentiders.” She has also been a part of TV shows like “Wolves Land,” “With That Same Look,” “Makinavaja” and “Hospital Central.”

Miscellaneous Cast 

Other than the main cast, Ismael Fritschi plays Parrondo and Jose Pedro plays Armando. Anna Gras plays Claudia, Babeth Ripoll plays Clarisa and Nuria Deulofeu plays Clara, the three women who keep obsessing over Olga’s post-maternity care. Clara De Ramon and Dailyn Valdivieso play Natalia and Tai, who work under Pepa. Blanca Martinez plays Human Resources employee, Laura, who develops the idea of a frustrating team building exercise.
