To celebrate its 30th anniversary, Astro has launched the Astro Family Internship Programme, exclusively for Astro customers and their eligible family members.

If your current routine involves opening internship listings, staring at them and telling yourself “I’ll apply later”, here’s one to bookmark and actually apply for.

The programme offers three-month internships, with placements available between February and July 2027.

You’ll get the chance to work alongside industry professionals and discover what happens behind the scenes of a media and entertainment company.

Think hands-on experience, new skills and a clearer idea of what you might enjoy doing after university.

Because “I’ll figure it out after graduation” does start feeling a little too real eventually.

Astro celebrates 30 years by giving back through internship opportunities

According to Astro Chief Marketing Officer Christinne Lim, the programme is a gesture of appreciation for families who have made Astro part of their everyday lives.

The aim is to help young adults gain real-world experience, explore their interests and build confidence before stepping further into working life.

Here’s when to send that application

Applications are open from 1 October to 31 December 2026, so you have time to give your CV a little attention.
