Manchester United star Kobbie Mainoo is poised to sign a new deal at the club after Euro 2024.

The young midfielder is focusing on his first international tournament with the England senior setup.

Mainoo, who was Man of the Match in the FA Cup final against Manchester City, will quadruple his wages to around £80,000-a-week.

Per Daily Star, the deal is agreed in principle between all parties, but the final touches will be put in place after the Euros.

Mainoo wants to put negotiations on hold and does not want to have the distraction at present.

He may also want to learn about the future of manager Erik ten Hag and any possible replacement before committing his future to the club.
