A Malaysian woman recently took to social media to share her heartbreak after her husband was dismissed from his job for failing to pass the probation stage. Employer said he took too many leaves

According to her post on Threads, the husband was told he was “not performing due to too many leaves.”

The leaves were not for leisure but for urgent family matters.

All of these emergencies forced him to apply for multiple emergency leaves during his probation period.

Wife: “I just needed to let it out”

The wife explained that she only wanted to express her sadness and shock, and had no intention of blaming the company.

She added that she did not want people to judge either her family or the employer.

“If you don’t have anything good to say, please don’t say anything. Yes, we are Muslims, we have faith, and we believe that sustenance is determined by Allah — not us, not the company, not other people,” she added.
