Hokkaido Table Unveils Festive Menus For The Holiday Season

This festive season, Aurum Theatre and its family of dining destinations usher in A Season of Sparks with a line-up of luxurious dining experiences across Hokkaido Table at The Exchange TRX and the wider Klang Valley.

Guests can savour everything from Japanese–Italian creations at Hokkaido Table to aWicked-inspired high tea at Kissa Cafe and Diner and JIN Gastrobar, alongside modern takes on the traditional Christmas roast at Velvet Restaurant and Bar.

The celebrations blend elevated flavours with Aurum’s signature cinematic flair, offering joyful moments for every kind of gathering.

At the heart of the festivities is Hokkaido Table, which highlights the spirit of togetherness through a menu designed for sharing. Running from 15 November to 30 December 2025, the Festive Feast Sharing Menu caters for four and showcases a thoughtful mix of comforting classics and refined winter flavours.

The feast begins with a Roasted Pumpkin and Sage Soup and a light Zuwaigani Tempura Roll before leading into a generous spread of mains, including Roasted Spring Chicken, Chargrilled Black Angus Ribeye, Salted Egg Soft Shell Crab Pasta and Red Snapper en Papillote. A seasonal dessert adds the final flourish. Priced at RM399, the menu can be paired with a 2.5-hour free-flow package of wines, beer, cocktails and mocktails for an additional RM188 per person.

The celebrations continue on 25 December with Hokkaido Table’s Christmas Day Brunch Buffet, a lavish showcase of festive comfort. Guests can explore a selection of appetisers, pizza canapés, a live pasta station, hearty roasts, fresh grills and an impressive assortment of seafood. Christmas-themed desserts round off the experience. The brunch is priced at RM138 nett per person, with the option to enhance the occasion with a free-flow beverage package for RM188 per pax.
