PUMA Tacklette launches exclusively at JD Sports Malaysia

PUMA is expanding its lifestyle footwear range with the launch of the Tacklette, a new women’s silhouette that combines classic terrace style with design cues from the Mary Jane shoe.

Available exclusively through JD Sports from 9 July, the sneaker blends the brand’s sporting heritage with contemporary styling. The design features a signature T-toe construction, suede and leather uppers, and a low-profile rubber sole finished with a crepe-inspired outsole, creating a look that bridges casual sportswear and everyday fashion.

Comfort remains a key focus, with the Tacklette incorporating PUMA’s SoftFoam+ sockliner for added cushioning, while heritage-inspired details such as a woven label reference the brand’s sporting roots.

Alongside the standard release, JD Sports will also offer the exclusive Tacklette Charm. The retailer-only edition adds a sakura-inspired charm to the silhouette, giving the sneaker a more playful finish while retaining the terrace-inspired design of the original model.

To coincide with the launch, customers who purchase either the Tacklette or Tacklette Charm during the promotional period will receive a limited-edition PUMA x JD Sakura Anklet, available while stocks last.

The PUMA Tacklette and the JD Sports Exclusive Tacklette Charm will be available from 9 July 2026 for RM329 at selected JD Sports stores and through the retailer’s online store.
